My goal is to help those who want to improve move for fluidly & effectively in their designated field of play!

Basketball Skill & Development work.

Basketball & Athletic Performance training ( GROUPS ONLY ) 2-5 people minimum
- Half athletic performance skill work and half basketball skill work

(Build.Tone.Sculpt). Traditional Training ( Core, Cardio, Upper body, Lower Body). “ Basic. Traditional exercises made to maintain a healthy lifestyle”

Reschedule policy
• 1st reschedule date & time is exempted & free. The 2nd one is can be rescheduled to another day for the fee of $20. The 3rd infraction is a fee of $35 dollars to reschedule and is set at the price for however more times you plan on rescheduling. Reasons for rescheduling that are Exempt are as follows: Death in the family , Car accident & physical injury.
